If you are not fully satisfied with your capuchin monkey for any reason, we offer a 100% refund within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a full refund:

• The monkey must be returned in good health and condition

• You must provide proof of purchase

• Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process.

Health Guarantee

We guarantee the health of our capuchin monkeys. If your monkey is diagnosed with any health defects within 30 days of purchase, we will provide a 100% refund. To claim this refund:

• Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian

• Contact us within 48 hours of the diagnosis

• Return the monkey to us (if possible) or provide proof of proper rehoming
